Supplementary milling of molded parts allows us to produce economically complex and filigree geometries without the risk of high tooling investments, even for small quantities.
We have 3 CNC milling machines with which components with a volume of up to 2.5 x 1.5 x 0.8 m can be machined. Thanks to 5-axis simultaneous machining and an up-to-date CAM system, we can offer demanding contours even at short notice.

We develop the required milling fixtures ourselves and can therefore also meet the highest quality requirements and respond to the needs of our customers individually.

Since the molded parts we produce are usually part of complex technical systems, we also offer services for mounting of complete assemblies and overall systems in addition to our individual components manufactured by hot pressing, injection molding or injection compression molding.
